VITALITY

Our group exercise classes are available in our Dromana and Mornington clinics. Our Vitality classes, are run from a dedicated well equipped rehab space. The classes are for adults over 60 years of age run by either our Exercise Physiologist or Physiotherapists. Exercises will include functional strength, balance, aerobic and dual tasking activities.

Vitality​​


Vitality classes are a Council of the Aged (COTA) endorsed program that promotes safe, personalised exercise for people over the age of 50 years old. Whilst you are in a group environment, you will complete your own set of exercises. The exercise programs are made to suit the individual and have a blend of resistance training, cardio, balance and range of movement activities. The activities are based upon your needs and goals established in your initial assessment that is one-to-one.
