Peter Gayfer
Pete, a La Trobe University graduate with a Master's in Manipulative Physiotherapy, founded Pinnacle Physiotherapy in Dromana in 2004 and expanded to Mornington in 2010. With a background in sports and diverse physiotherapy experiences in regional Victoria, Ireland, and the UK, he is deeply involved in community sports clubs around Dromana. Pete's approach to treatment emphasizes personal care, akin to how one would treat family.

Alana McDonald
Alana, a Monash University Physiotherapy graduate, has been combining physiotherapy with Clinical Pilates in private practice in Mornington and Dromana for the past nine years. She is skilled in various therapies including Clinical Pilates, dry needling, and sports-related injury management. Alana focuses on exercise rehabilitation, leading both group classes and individual sessions, and uses hands-on treatment to enhance client recovery.

Guy Agutter
Guy, a physiotherapist with a Master's from Latrobe University and Master's in Exercise Science (S+C) at ECU, combines his training to allow advanced stregnth and conditioning principles with hands-on treatment and dry-needling to deliver high-level rehabilitation for all kinds of injuries, as well as return to sport and performance outcomes. He has experience in semi-professional and local sporting teams including Frankston Football Club (VFL) and Melbourne City Youth Academy.

Geoff van Gameren
Geoff, a Melbourne University graduate with extensive private practice experience, specializes in sports physiotherapy, having completed advanced training at the Australian Institute of Sport. Based in Mornington and Dromana, he has a deep focus on basketball injuries, alongside expertise in managing knee, shoulder, neck, and back injuries, tendonopathies, and cervicogenic headaches. Geoff also brings a strong background in Occupational Health and Workplace safety to his practice.

Chloe Manuel
Chloe is a LaTrobe University post graduate Sports Physiotherapist with 16 years of clinical and sporting club experience. Outside of clinic Chloe is a physiotherapist for multiple basketball teams including the Australian 3x3 teams, the Southside Melbourne Flyers in the WNBL and Melbourne United in the NBL. Chloe has previously worked with Victorian junior basketball teams and Australian wheelchair basketball teams.
Chloe has completed advanced training in dry needling and Clinical Pilates.

Physiotherapist, Exercise Rehabilitation Instructor - Dynamic
Marzi Mohammadarazi
Marzi, a Bachelor's in Physiotherapy graduate from Iran with over a decade of experience, practices in Dromana and Mornington. Since relocating to Australia in 2023, she has continued to use a diverse array of techniques, including soft tissue massage, exercise therapy, manual therapy and dry needling. Marzi has completed clinical Pilates training in Australia.

Fede Gullo
Fede is a passionate Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist, originally from Italy. After completing his degree in Sports and Exercise Science, Fede completed a Master’s in Musculoskeletal Sport Science and Health from Loughborough University, followed by a Master’s Physiotherapy (pre-registration) from the University of Birmingham (UK).
Fede started his career in the National Health Service (NHS), in England, where he developed broad experience treating musculoskeletal conditions and discovered a strong interest in prehabilitation and post-operative rehabilitation.

James Petts
James is a graduate of the University of Melbourne with extensive experience treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and injuries. He has worked with a diverse patient population, including swimmers and golfers. Originally from Canada, James brings an adaptable and patient-focused approach to his care. He combines hands-on manual therapy with active rehabilitation strategies to support long-term recovery and performance outcomes. James also has clinical Pilates training, which he integrates into treatment plans to improve movement, strength, and injury prevention. Known for his approachable and collaborative style, James is passionate about creating personalised treatment plans that help patients move better, feel stronger, and achieve their goals.

Robert Willis
Rob is a dedicated physiotherapist originally from England. Having graduated from the University of Bradford in 2022, he spent the next couple of years working within the National Health Service before making the move to Australia. Rob aims to help people move better, recover from injury, and perform at their best. Using an evidence-based approach, he works with a wide range of clients - from those experiencing everyday aches and pains to athletes aiming to optimise performance.

Liam Coghlan
Liam, consulting in Dromana, holds degrees in Exercise and Sports Science and Clinical Exercise Physiology from Deakin University. With a background in sports and experience as a Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach, he believes "Exercise is Medicine". Liam specializes in treating musculoskeletal injuries, osteoarthritis, low back pain, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, stroke, cardiovascular conditions, and mental health issues.

Stuart Rogers
Stuart, a Bachelor of Health Science: Clinical Myotherapy graduate from the Southern School of Natural Therapies, practices in Dromana with a focus on a holistic approach to musculoskeletal pain. He emphasizes understanding the body's dynamics and force distribution to improve quality of life. Stuart specializes in treating headaches, shoulder and neck pain, hip and back pain, fascial chains, and referred pain.

Myotherapist
Bridgette Blake
Bridgette is a Clinical Myotherapist with a Bachelor of Health Science from Torrens University. A former professional dancer, Bridgette discovered her passion for myotherapy through her own injury experiences and rehabilitation journey. She combines hands-on treatment with movement education and corrective exercise to support clients in pain management, injury recovery, and performance optimisation.

Laura Fitzpatrick
Laura began her studio Pilates journey in 2008. As an active runner, gym enthusiast, and mum to young children, she found the benefits of Pilates carried over into many aspects of life. After over 15 years of developing her passion for practicing Pilates, she decided to change careers from teaching secondary school Science to Pilates instruction. As a comprehensively qualified instructor and member of Pilates Association Australia.
