Peter Gayfer
Pete, a La Trobe University graduate with a Master's in Manipulative Physiotherapy, founded Pinnacle Physiotherapy in Dromana in 2004 and expanded to Mornington in 2010. With a background in sports and diverse physiotherapy experiences in regional Victoria, Ireland, and the UK, he is deeply involved in community sports clubs around Dromana. Pete's approach to treatment emphasizes personal care, akin to how one would treat family.

Alana McDonald
Alana, a Monash University Physiotherapy graduate, has been combining physiotherapy with Clinical Pilates in private practice in Mornington and Dromana for the past nine years. She is skilled in various therapies including Clinical Pilates, dry needling, and sports-related injury management. Alana focuses on exercise rehabilitation, leading both group classes and individual sessions, and uses hands-on treatment to enhance client recovery.

Guy Agutter
Guy, a physiotherapist with a Master's from Latrobe University, blends his background as a personal and sports trainer to advance rehabilitation practices in our Mornington and Dromana clinic. He's currently pursuing further studies in Strength and Conditioning and actively participates in ACL injury prevention research. His techniques include exercise prescription, manual therapy, dry needling, and taping.

Geoff van Gameren
Geoff, a Melbourne University graduate with extensive private practice experience, specializes in sports physiotherapy, having completed advanced training at the Australian Institute of Sport. Based in Mornington and Dromana, he has a deep focus on basketball injuries, alongside expertise in managing knee, shoulder, neck, and back injuries, tendonopathies, and cervicogenic headaches. Geoff also brings a strong background in Occupational Health and Workplace safety to his practice.

Alyssa Beckley
Alyssa, consulting in Mornington, graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 1997. She has worked on the Mornington Peninsula for the past 7 years, treating patients of all ages and fitness levels with a holistic, hands-on approach. With 12 years of experience in the UK, Alyssa has advanced training in Acupuncture for Physiotherapists, Dry Needling, Clinical Pilates, and Yoga. She recently completed further studies in Health Promotion.

Natalie Ly
Natalie, a Master of Physiotherapy Practice graduate from La Trobe University, specializes in exercise rehabilitation and clinical Pilates at the Dromana clinic. With experience in Melbourne hospitals and as a sports trainer, she focuses on post-surgical recovery and offers both group classes and home visits across the Mornington Peninsula. Natalie runs our Dynamic pilates classes on Wednesdays and Thursdays in Dromana.

Kalen Bird
Kalen, a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) graduate from Monash University, specializes in sports injury management and rehabilitation at the Dromana clinic. His expertise extends to treating low and upper back pain, knee and ankle injuries, and pre/post-operative care. Kalen also leads individualised AgeWell classes on Mondays and Thursdays.

Abi Nair
​Abi is a skilled and friendly physio with international experience from India and Oman, now practicing in Dromana and Mornington. Trained in Australia in Dry Needling, Clinical Pilates, and rehab for shoulder and lower back issues, he treats a wide range of injuries with a focus on knees, necks, and ankles.

Marzi Mohammadarazi
Marzi, a Bachelor's in Physiotherapy graduate from Iran with over a decade of experience, practices in Dromana and Mornington. Since relocating to Australia in 2023, she has continued to use a diverse array of techniques, including soft tissue massage, exercise therapy, manual therapy and dry needling. Marzi has completed clinical Pilates training in Australia.

Stuart, a Bachelor of Health Science: Clinical Myotherapy graduate from the Southern School of Natural Therapies, practices in Dromana with a focus on a holistic approach to musculoskeletal pain. He emphasizes understanding the body's dynamics and force distribution to improve quality of life. Stuart specializes in treating headaches, shoulder and neck pain, hip and back pain, fascial chains, and referred pain.

Exercise Physiologist, Age Well Class Instructor
Liam Coghlan
Liam, consulting in Dromana, holds degrees in Exercise and Sports Science and Clinical Exercise Physiology from Deakin University. With a background in sports and experience as a Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach, he believes "Exercise is Medicine". Liam specializes in treating musculoskeletal injuries, osteoarthritis, low back pain, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, stroke, cardiovascular conditions, and mental health issues.
