Our Fitness studio has much to offer.  From starting your week with a Monday morning Circuit class, to a mid-week Exercise Physiology or Mat Pilates session for that niggly injury, or maybe completing your own individualised program in Living Longer Living Stronger and finally finishing off the week with an energising session on Friday mornings with a Yoga or Mat Pilates session.
